Gift Vouchers

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift vouchers issued by Lauren Ashlee Photography. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchase

• Gift vouchers can be purchased online at www.LaurenAshleePhotography.com/contact/ .
• Vouchers are available in various denominations starting from $35.
• You can personalize your voucher with a message to the recipient.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Validity and Expiration

• All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers that expire are void and cannot be redeemed.
• Lauren Ashlee Photography reserves the right to extend or shorten the validity period at our discretion.

4. Redemption

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards any photography service offered by Lauren Ashlee Photography.
• If the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
• Any unused portion of a voucher will remain on the voucher for future use until the expiry date.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Lauren Ashlee Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
• Lauren Ashlee Photography cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers without proof of purchase.

6. Prohibitions

• Gift vouchers cannot be resold or transferred for profit.
• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
• Any attempt to misuse a gift voucher may result in its cancellation.

7. Changes

• Lauren Ashlee Photography reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The revised Terms and Conditions will apply to all gift vouchers purchased after the effective date of the change.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Ministry of Business in New Zealand.

Discounts

10% Customer Appreciation Discount:

• Eligibility: Customers must have previously purchased prints from Lauren Ashlee Photography to qualify for the 10% customer appreciation discount on their next photography session.
• This discount can be combined with the 5% Social Media Discount only.

5% Social Media Discount:

• Eligibility: Customers must have purchased a digital image, shared it on their social media accounts, and tagged Lauren Ashlee Photography to be eligible for a 5% discount on their next photography session.
• This discount can be combined with the 10% Customer Appreciation Discount only.

20% Refer a Friend Discount:

• Eligibility: Return clients are eligible for a 20% discount on their next photography session once the referred friend has booked and paid for their session.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.

General Terms and Conditions:

• All discounts are valid only for photography sessions and cannot be applied to other services.
• Coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the client to whom they were issued.
• Each coupon is valid for a single use and expires on the specified date.
• Discounts apply to the base session fee and do not cover additional products or services.
• Coupons must be presented physically at the time of booking or session payment.
• Lauren Ashlee Photography reserves the right to modify or terminate any discount program at its discretion.
• Discounts are not applicable to sessions that have already been booked or paid for before the coupon's issuance.
• Lauren Ashlee Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen coupons.
• Clients must adhere to the terms and conditions specified for each discount to be eligible.
